Enrichment Programme
From yoga and mindfulness to in-house pets and sports, our programme develops confident, curious, capable children — joyfully, every single day.
At Peques, we do not give children access to screens or digital devices. We believe that the early years are a uniquely precious time — one best spent in real conversation, physical exploration and human connection. Research consistently shows that unstructured, hands-on play builds the cognitive, emotional and social foundations that no screen can replicate. Our settings are deliberately calm, natural environments where children’s attention is drawn to the world around them, not to a device. We are proud of this choice, and our families share it.
Our Specialist Partners
At Peques, we believe that children flourish when they are given the space to move, explore and connect with the world around them. Our specialist programmes and partner organisations bring exceptional expertise into our settings, enriching every child’s experience beyond the everyday.

Forest School at Peques is far more than outdoor play. It is a structured, child-led learning experience rooted in the belief that nature is one of the richest classrooms a child can have. Led by our qualified Forest School practitioners, children explore the natural world through hands on discovery: building dens, observing wildlife, learning to manage risk, and developing resilience, creativity and confidence in ways that no indoor environment can replicate.
Our approach is deeply connected to the Peques ethos: we trust children to lead their own learning. In the forest setting, that trust comes alive. Children move at their own pace, follow their curiosity, and return to the classroom with a stronger sense of self and a deeper connection to the world around them.
Forest School sessions are available to all children aged 3 and over and are included in your monthly fees.

Sarah discovered yoga more than ten years ago. She holds a 200-hour Power Vinyasa Teacher Training certification from Dylan Ayaloo Training Academy (accredited by Yoga Alliance USA), and completed her Yoga for Kids and Families training with Rainbow Kids Yoga and Kidding Around Yoga. Everybody Yoga classes at Peques are themed adventures — exploring yoga poses, children’s stories and age-appropriate mindfulness and breath work. We teach children to use their breath to find calm whenever they need it, building foundations for lifelong mental wellness.
Yoga sessions are available to all children over 18 months and are included in your monthly fees.

Freddie’s background spans sport and education. After a stint playing professional rugby with London Wasps, he completed a degree in Sports Science and Nutrition at St Mary’s University. He founded The Small Sports Club to bring a unique coaching style to children in London settings — combining multiple sports with a strong emphasis on education. TSSC sessions cover Rugby, Football and Basketball, giving children the opportunity to try each before pursuing a particular sport. All sessions are planned in accordance with the EYFS statutory framework.
Sport Sessions are available to all children over two years and are booked directly through Freddie’s website.
