On Friday 19 June, our community came together for our annual BBQ, shared across both our Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green settings. It is the time of year when we pause to say thank you and to show our appreciation to the families who place their trust in us each day.
Every decoration was lovingly made by our wonderful team from recycled cardboard. The imagination poured into them is the very same creativity and attention our teachers bring to everything they do with the children. As a sustainable nursery, these small choices matter to us, and we are proud that even a celebration reflects the values we live by.
Food made with care
Soraya, our Head Administrator, prepared a selection of paellas to suit different tastes and dietary requirements, so that every family could share in the meal together. This is how we like to say thank you: with food that is delicious, nourishing and held to the standards we keep across everything at Peques.
A day made by the whole team
Everything came together because we contribute as a team. From the preparations to the day itself, each member played a part in making it special for everyone to enjoy. There were games and laughter, parents getting to know one another, teachers and families bonding, and children quietly learning something that sits close to the heart of what we do: the importance of gratitude, and the value of a community that grows together.

To every family who joined us, thank you. Your presence and the confidence you place in us are the foundation on which everything else is built. We are proud to walk alongside you as your children grow, and we look forward to many more occasions like this one.
